Choose what plan works for you, then choose what license each user gets. Every seat is configured individually as Lite, Pro, or Intelligence, so a daily searcher and an occasional R&D user on the same plan do not pay the same. Agents, drafting, and API/MCP access can be added to any Team or Enterprise plan. All plans are annual.

Yes. A Single user plan is one Pro seat on an annual contract. It includes IPRally access (dependent on what's available for Pro or Intelligence), Ask AI, and complimentary free agent trial runs each month, but not API/MCP access. When a colleague needs access, we move you to a Team plan; per-seat pricing reduces from three seats, and you only pay the difference for the remainder of your term.

No. Agents are added to your plan as an annual entitlement sized to the volume you expect, such as the number of invention disclosures or oppositions you handle in a year. Within that, use is practically unlimited, with a fair-use quota rather than a meter. Refining or re-running an assessment does not cost you more. Every user also gets free trial runs each month before anything is added to the plan.

Start with the trial. Every Pro user gets complimentary Agent runs each month at no extra cost, which covers occasional use for a small team. If you need more, we size an entitlement to your actual volume rather than a fixed pack, so a team handling 30 disclosures a year is not asked to buy capacity for 100.

No, and no. Mix Lite, Pro, and Intelligence seats freely across one plan and change them as roles change. Seats are named, not shared: each person gets their own login, history, and saved work, and it is what keeps company-specific encryption and SSO meaningful.

Plans are annual and invoiced annually typically. Pricing is fixed for the initial term with multi-year agreements also available. There are no onboarding or implementation fees: training, support, and new features released during your term within existing plans are included.

Yes. Trials are available for those undertaking formal evaluations at the discretion of IPRally. If you want to keep going after the trial, your plan starts from the day you sign; nothing is back-billed. Trial users who join mid-contract are added at the per-seat rate for the remainder of the term.

MCP access is included with Lite and Pro seats on Team and Enterprise plans, tied to the individual user. System-to-system API access for feeding your own tools is scoped separately with our sales and solutions team.
