Our hiring process
You’ll go through our recruitment process illustrated on the right. Each subsequent step requires you to have successfully passed the previous one.
In general, our process doesn’t deviate from the steps present. However, there may be small variances depending on team preferences (some prefer probing your soft skills first while as others want to start off by assessing your subject matter expertise).

Application review
This is where you fill in your details, leave us your resume and answer questions regarding the role you’re applying for. Our hiring team will go through the documents and information you’ve presented to decide next steps.
Brief video call
If our hiring team is impressed with what you’ve written in your resume (and potentially cover letter), we’ll want to have a 30-minute chat with you to present the company history briefly and why we’re currently hiring for the role. Naturally, we’d like to go through some basic questions as well as answer yours.
Interviews
We will have two rounds of interviews, one measuring the cultural fit and soft skills for the job while the other focusing on expertise for the role. Both are rather informal, with the latter including some form of homework/case work that you’ll need to complete prior to meeting with your interviewers. This is so that interview questions can better be tied to your results and not hypotheticals.
Reference checks
As part of our recruitment process, we’re required to reach out to people you’ve worked with in the past, primarily to cross reference that you’ve worked there prior in the role mentioned in your resume.
